By accessing this website and/or purchasing from College Tennis Exposure Camp, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and program participants.

Services

College Tennis Exposure Camp provides tennis exposure camps, training, competing, and networking experiences for student athletes. All program details, schedules, and offerings are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

By purchasing or registering for a camp, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or
You are a parent or legal guardian registering on behalf of a minor

You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By submitting payment, you agree:

To provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
That you are authorized to use the payment method provided
To pay all charges incurred at the listed price at the time of purchase

We do not store full payment details on our servers.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Once a purchase is completed, the price paid is final and will not be adjusted.

Refunds & Cancellations

A refund (less a $75 processing fee) will be provided to U.S. Citizens who cancel more than 30 days prior to the start of the enrolled camp session. If you are a U.S. Citizen and cancel, for any reason, within 30 days of the start of the camp session, you will receive a full credit toward a College Tennis Exposure Camp (valid through December 2027). If you are not a U.S. Citizen, there will be no refunds. There will be no credit or refund for no-shows or scheduling conflicts. Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. There will be no credit or refund for any student who must leave the camp for illness, injury, or any other reason, once the camp session has started. In the event of rain at any point during the camp, we will make every attempt to complete the on-court drills and matchplay program. There will be no refund or credit in the event of inclement weather.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Ineligibility for future participation
Additional action to recover funds owed

Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to:

Follow all camp rules and instructions
Act respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other players
Participate safely and responsibly

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a camp without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in athletic activities involves inherent risk.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept:

The physical risks associated with tennis training and competition
That participation is voluntary
That College Tennis Exposure Camp is not liable for injuries sustained during participation

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of College Tennis Exposure Camp and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce website content
Replicate program structure or materials
Use branding, messaging, or assets without permission

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Use of Website

You agree not to use this website:

For any unlawful purpose
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
To copy, scrape, or extract content for commercial use

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time.
